Delete chart

If you no longer need a chart, you can easily delete it. There are two slightly different ways you can do it, moving it to the Trash or permanently deleting it.

Delete individual charts

Delete a chart on the project page

When you first log in to the Vizualist dashboard, you get an overview of all your projects and charts saved in projects you're a member of.

  1. In the chart list, locate the chart you want to delete.

  2. On the right-hand side of the chart you want to delete, click the more more icon icon .

  3. Click Delete.

  4. In the popup window, click DELETE ASSET to confirm, or CANCEL to return to the previous window without deleting the chart.

Delete the chart you’re viewing

You can also delete a chart when viewing it.

  1. At the top of the screen, click the more icon .

  2. Click Move to trash.

  3. In the popup window, check the box that you understand that your project will be deleted.

  4. Click MOVE TO TRASH to confirm, or CANCEL to return to the previous window without deleting the chart.

Delete multiple charts

  1. On the Charts dashboard page, hover the cursor over the small chart visualization image on the left side (next to the chart’s name).

  2. Click the selection circle to select the chart.

  3. Repeat steps 1-2 for all charts you want to select.

  4. At the top of the page, click the Move to trash icon .

  5. In the popup window, check the box that you understand that your project will be deleted.

  6. Click MOVE TO TRASH. to confirm, or CANCEL to return to the previous window without deleting the chart.

This is supported only in the Charts dashboard.
